Prayer this morning

I just want to post a prayer need this morning. Mike had a rough night and is really sore, tired, and lacks energy. For those who are praying, please call upon the Lord for him this morning. He needs strength, rest, and the ability to get supplements down rather easily today. Blessings this morning!

Lord, please put Your strength in Mike's arms, Your thoughts in his mind, and Your love in his heart. Overcome his natural body with Your supernatural strength, and multiply what little sleep and nutrition he has gotten over the past 24 hours to be abundantly more than his body requires. We acknowledge that NOTHING is too hard for you, and we stand in opposition to anything--including cancer--that tries to exalt itself over the name and authority and knowledge of Jesus Christ. You are bigger! We thank You for what you've done, what You are doing, and all You are going to do!

Dear Abba Father, please touch Mike with your healing hand, surround him with favor as with a shield. Strengthen him, help him drink and take his supplements, comfort him and allow him some rest this morning. Help him win over this battle, LORD, for the battle belongs to You. We humbly ask, LORD, claiming the promise from Your Word, that whatever we ask, believing, that will we also receive. In Jesus' name we thank you, LORD. Amen.

This is my second time to try to blog ...
My dear friend,
I was looking for your mailing address and I noticed the need to urgent prayer. May the Lord open Mike's throat and make way for the nutrients to flow like a river. CONTINUE to bless this family with your healing touch ...much love,
Carrie

I'm praying as well. May your rest be sweet, your nourishment delicious and your stomach agreeable! Thank you for keeping us posted. You certainly don't have to, as this is all so personal, but I am thankful that you consider us family. Your openness allows me to pray more specifically, and so I feel more able to "help" as opposed to just blindly asking the Lord to bless you. I know He hears both prayers, but I'm glad you are letting us go on this journey with you.
